CJM Associates, LLC, in partnership with the Marble Cliff Capital was awarded housing credits from the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) to acquire and rehab C.J. McLin, Sr. Apartments located in Dayton, Ohio. OHFA reserved annual housing credits which provided over $5.1MM in construction costs, closing in May 2024. Other funding partners included County Corp and First Financial Bank. This renovation project will be completed in early 2026.
CJ McLin, Sr. Apartments is a multi-unit senior community with 100% project-based HUD Section 8 Vouchers. Named in honor of local politician and former member of the Ohio House of Representatives, Clarence Josef McLin, Sr. and originally built in 1986, this 3-story community has 46 efficiency and one (1) bedrooms apartments.
